Tennis Court Rules

• All recreational amenities are for the use of Emerald Forest and Diamond Cove residents and their guests
• Tennis court entry is by Fob only
• Do not let others in
• The gate is to remain closed at all times
• Do not prop gate open
• All guests must be in the company of a resident at all times
• Children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult that is 18 years or older
• No animals allowed except as provided by law
• Only tennis related activities may be performed on the tennis court
• No skateboarding, rollerblading, rollerskating, etc.
• No food on the courts
• Water and sports drinks in plastic containers are permitted
• No glass containers are permitted in the tennis court area
• All commercial lessons for residents only
• One court per family
• The HOA may require proof of residency
